ARIEL DA SILVEIRA
Associate Consultant

Ariel has 40 years' experience in the public sector. A lawyer with an MBA in Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), he began his career in the Legal Area of ITAIPU Binacional, where he served as Legal Manager. At the plant he was also Superintendent of Labor Relations and Superintendent of Human Resources. Ariel was also Administrative and Financial Director of CELEPAR - Companhia de Processamento de Dados do Estado do Paraná, where he led the entire strategic restructuring of the company and the human resources area.

His focus and expertise includes: organizational change processes, process improvement and performance, innovation in management models, strategic formulation, Balanced Scorecard, creation of Business Models (Business Model Generation) and leadership training.

Ariel has given several lectures in Brazil and abroad on the innovations he has implemented in his areas of expertise, including: Human Resources Strategy; Leadership; Cultural Change; Process-based Corporate Education; HR Team Competencies; and Collective Competencies.

Ariel has led Luzio Strategy's strategic projects at Celepar and Itaipu, showing natural talent and leadership in conducting strategic reflections and mobilizing the company for significant changes. In August 2017, Ariel joined Luzio to add his executive experience and accumulated knowledge for the benefit of our Clients.

A musician since his teens, he was a cellist in the São Paulo State Youth Orchestra and now works as an amateur musician. Ariel also spends part of his time volunteering in teenage activities and leadership training.
