In the Estratégia em Movimento podcast, we share relevant concepts and learnings about the challenge of creating and implementing the best strategies to mobilize company evolution and growth - whatever the size and sector of the economy. Only available in Portuguese.
The icon of our podcast is an artistic reference to Koi, the Japanese carp. Japanese folklore says that the Koi swims upstream and climbs the waterfalls with the same bravery as a samurai warrior. The Koi has a strong symbolism of courage, overcoming adversity and the ability to reach higher goals. This is the philosophy of our program, captured by designer Naomi Sato.
Book
Since the beginning of our history, we have created methodologies that have promoted innovations in strategy practices in Brazil. An example of this was the publication of our second book, “Making Strategy Happen”, released by Editora Cengage Learning. The book teaches the 5-Step Method for formulating and managing strategic initiatives, which has been adopted by various companies and sectors.

Luzio Strategy has been a signatory of Conscious Capitalism since 2011, when it actively participated in the movement's annual conference in Boston (United States) and, on its return, made significant changes to the consultancy's methodologies to incorporate its concepts and premises.
