FABIANA TERRA is Managing Director and PMO at Luzio Strategy. She directly assists our CEO for Latin America, Fernando Luzio, in managing all the projects in which Fernando is directly involved. Fabiana is also General Manager of Academia de Estratégia, our training school for strategists.

 

Fabiana has a degree in Financial Management from Anhembi Morumbi University, a specialization in Project Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (EAESP-FGV) and an MBA - Master in Business Administration in Project Management from the University of São Paulo. 

 

At Luzio Consultoria, Fabiana has ensured the fluidity and effective fulfillment of the company's relevant project schedules, such as: Aviva Ambiental; Banese; BMC Software; CC Infra; Embassy of the United States; ENOPS Engenharia; Fullpack; GoCase; Grupo Raízes; Intertechne; Mago; Metrus; Quitanda; and Petronect, among others. Fabiana is also responsible for managing the administrative and financial activities of the projects.

 

Fabiana is passionate about dance and has won trophies at world Salsa championships, as well as being a gymnast. In parallel to her activities at Luzio, Fabiana is an entrepreneur and has led one of the most renowned dance studios in the country, which she owned for over 20 years.
